Staff Requirements

The minimum employment age is 18 years and all applicants’ CVs are rigorously scrutinised for obvious reasons. Thorough employment record checks are conducted with previous employers and we undertake Disclosure and Barring Service and Independent Safeguarding Authority Register checks on every applicant and only recruit subject to satisfactory findings in this area.

We only use staff directly employed by Mobile Care Services Ltd to ensure that we are able to verify that the member of staff has an impeccable employment and safety history. This practice ensures that all staff have received full vetting under the Mobile Care Services Ltd policies. Through our Enrolment and Training programme we are able to directly measure each individual’s level of competence and ability over a significant period of time and provide appropriate training to ensure our high standards are maintained.
